Office Manager
The Office Manager, under the supervision of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Shepherd's Charlotte team, plays a central role in overseeing the office's daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting staff and management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Part-Time Handy Helper Project Manager
The Project Manager, under the supervision of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Shepherd's Charlotte team, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the Handy Helper Program. This program provides minor home repairs for older adults in our community to improve their safety and prolong their independence. The Project Manager will ensure the successful execution of projects, manage a team of volunteers, and maintain strong relationships with participants.
Part-Time Bookkeeper
The Bookkeeper, working under the supervision of the Executive Director and Board Treasurer, contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, enabling the organization to achieve its mission and vision. Responsibilities include meticulously maintaining financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the stewardship processes.
