Part-Time Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper, working under the supervision of the Executive Director and Board Treasurer, contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, enabling the organization to achieve its mission and vision. Responsibilities include meticulous maintenance of financial
transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the stewardship processes.

Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator

The Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator, under the supervision of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Shepherd's Charlotte team, plays a central role in coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities of recruiting, screening, engaging, scheduling, and retaining volunteers. Additionally, the coordinator is tasked with maintaining and strengthening partnerships to further the organization's mission. Serving as a prominent representative for the organization, this role actively participates in outreach and marketing, program implementation, education, networking, partnership/capacity building, and general community relations.
